Here at LDC, we possess extensive knowledge of Building Permit Process, Due Diligence, and Planning Policies. In addition, we have worked closely with Regional Conservation Authorities, Township/City Planning Departments, ensuring that the process is quick, efficient, and thorough.

Our team takes care of all required permits and approvals and represent clients at all necessary Township/City Meetings.

LDC Capital Ltd provides investment management services to equity partners seeking outstanding risk adjusted returns. We raise capital through limited partnerships and other financial vehicles to invest in real estate opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial asset classes. Projects acquired are managed ourselves or with like-minded partners ensuring we represent the investors’ interest throughout the investment cycle.

We source and underwrite each investment opportunity to ensure they meet the stringent criteria we set. Reporting is specific to investors requirements and is done in a transparent and timely manner.
